An interesting premise about Ashwatthama(played by Amitab Bacchan), In the trailer there is a shot where a light arrow strikes the womb of a woman that lighting is called bramhastra used by aswhattama during the epic battle Kururkshetra (The greatest war in Indian Mythology) and for that he carries a curse to till date, Now he was trying to save the baby in the womb, which can be classified as his redemption.

I have nothing against colourblind casting however there are specific descriptions for a reason and due to everything sophies mum had to be changed and therefore looks nothing like sophie even though that was the whole point (ifkyk). There are a variety of different ethnicities and races in the book (kiko, anadil, reena etc) so I really dont understand why they erased all of that. There is no real character development for sophie and agatha when you think about it. Nothing about agatha changed and likewise sophie its just a shallow and hollow shell of its orginal material. Sophies just possessed so its not actually her own descent into evil, we dont even get the original tipping off point because its lesso in the doom room not the wolfman. Agatha never actually hides herself in the shadows, in fact she draws attention to herself by her own actions rather than just sticking out naturally like how shes supposed to. The lack of her refusing to look in mirrors and constantly referring to herself as ugly and it being reinforced by everyone elses opinion completely takes away a major character arc for agatha, she never gets that scene with dovey where she realises shes beautiful in her own way inside and out all along and shes meant to be in the school for good. Its honestly heartbreaking, I loved that scene when I was first reading it and I love it just as much now. The lack of enemies to lovers for agatha and tedros also takes a lot out of all of their character arcs. We never see tedros' ugly and vindictive side which is part of what makes tagatha so beautiful, they see each other as they are and not as how theyre percieved, a pretty face and title (tedros) and an ugly, evil and undignified with (agatha). Showing the headmaster completely derails the whole plotline becuase were not supposed to see him. We're not supposed to know which twin wins the war (which it was a war not a patheti duel with blood magic which doesn't exist) and it takes away the mystery behind the headmaster and it also means we cant see sophie pick out a suitor in her dream in the beginning scene of the movie. Honora's character was totally demolished and reduced to that of an evil stepmother along with the fact her and stefan are already married. It takes away another major plot point of stefan cheating on sophies mum and sophies suspicion of it and thinking her two sons are stefans despite not fully knowing. The merging of lesso and evelyn sader is a travesty. Plain and simple. It takes away so many plot points behind lessos character her hatred for the headmaster, her innate evilness. They turn her into a caricature of herself, more flamboyant and dramatic rather than just being her. She's the dean of evil for a reason and they ruin her coldness and her intial dislike of sophie to excited and curious of sophies future and its reduced to jealousy over the headmaster which she shouldnt have. Evelyn sader cant be there since theyve been merged due to the removal of august and it gets rid of a powerul recurring villain in the series. The lack of her on her own derails the whole series. August sader was an important part of the whole series as well. Acting as a father figure to agatha and sacrificing his life at the end of the first book to save both sophie and agatha in order for their story to progress. His recurrence even from the dead is a major plotpoint throughout the series. I could carry on but this is just brief if you believe me. I was so excited for this movie and it completely destroyed me while watching. Its nothing compared to the source material. Its shallow and was 2 and a half hours of giving us nothing.

People forget that the monsters aren’t gonna feel/be big in the hollow earth as it’s their home world it’s not gonna be small or massive it’s gonna be the same size as well as the big boys some of the trees are about Titan size or larger while there is some plants around human size still that doesn’t mean it can support human life or smaller life forms there needs to be a food chain so not everything is gonna be massive like the trees

No interest in watching a movie from the chicks pov, it looks and sounds like a lifetime movie with a better budget.

Tiffany Haddish sucks the fun and enjoyment out of every single scene she is in. How she ever earned the title "comedian" is beyond me. I feel like that mole on her face was the last remnant of the potentially talented twin that she consumed in the womb. Horribly unfunny.

Top Notch episode and acting from the whole cast. The Homelander scenes should have not been split up from the other storylines. It would have made that whole situation so much more ominous and unsettling.

saw this on Monday with AMC Screen Unseen and this movie was shot really well and I liked the characters individually but it really left me wanting more. I had so many questions about the characters and what their day to day was like and why they even really wanted to join the club in the first place. Who even was Benny lol. The fire was hella random imo too - like idk why it had to go that far. But interesting, for sure. Glad I saw it for a low price lol

It was interesting but not entertaining. Was too slow with no plot. Love riding but who the hell would want to live that lifestyle. Kinda like prison movies being interesting but don’t want to go to prison.

The new dickie’s voice is whiney.

SPOILER ALERT. Saw the movie last night and enjoyed it. Great performances by Jodie Comer and Tom Hardy and Austin Butler in that order. I also wondered why they burnt down the bar and agree with you. When the Hardy character was shot it didn't come to mind at the time that he knew he'd be killed, but I agree with you on that too.
